Our Wellness Plans 'bundles' all the preventive services that keep your pet healthy throughout the year into an easy monthly payment plan, helping you save money and manage your budget.
What is included in a Pet Wellness Plan?
Our Pet Wellness Plans for cats and dogs at our Memphis veterinary hospitals include the essentials for your pet to thrive.
Our Plans include annual and 6-month wellness exams, core pet vaccinations, bloodwork, and heartworm testing. They will also include a fecal exam and a 12-month supply of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention medications.
The Importance of Preventive Care
Pet wellness exams are comprehensive vet checkups for your pet. they let us discover and diagnose health issues as they emerge in your pet. They also give us a chance to check in on aspects of their well-being, such as their daily nutrition.
Sometimes, our pets can appear perfectly healthy, but the telltale signs of disease lurk in their bodies, hidden from sight. That is why we run tests like bloodwork at our routine checkups with your pet to make sure they are in good shape.
If your pet does become infected, our fecal exams and heartworm tests are designed to catch these life-threatening conditions, which are often undetectable until your pet gets seriously ill.

Yes, unless you request that we cancel your plan, it will renew automatically each year.

How do I make the monthly payments?
When you're signed up for one of our Wellness Plans, our information and credit care is entered into a secure portal. You can choose a withdrawal date of either the 1st or 15th of each month—whichever is best for you.

If signing up multiple pets for Wellness Plans at the same time, you only need to pay a single $50 enrolment fee rather than one for each pet.

Wellness Plans helps keep senior pets feeling well as they age. Your Wellness Plan can be customized based on your pet's unique recurring needs, and that includes aging-related requirements! Wellness Plans for older pets include the standard core services, in addition to screening for various age-related diseases and disorders.

My pet is young and healthy. Does it make sense to buy a Wellness Plan?
Routine prevention provided by a veterinarian for young animals forms the cornerstone of life-long good health and happiness. When signing your pet up for one of our Wellness Plans as a kitten or puppy, we will also including any kitten or puppy vaccinations in the monthly fee.

If your pet passes at any point during your 12-month Wellness Plan commitment, we will cancel the plan as soon as we are informed.

What is the difference between a Pet Wellness Plan and pet insurance?
While both Wellness Plans and pet insurance help you manage the costs of your pet's veterinary care, the types of veterinary services they cover are different.
Wellness Plans include preventive care costs (things like vaccinations and routine exams), while Pet Insurance is designed to cover emergency services, accidents, or specific illnesses.

What types of Pet Wellness Plans do you offer?
We offer Pet Wellness Plans for small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, extra-large dogs, giant dogs and cats.

Will the Wellness Plan cover all of my pet's healthcare needs?
Wellness plans cover the routine care that all cats and dogs need (core vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and more). You will also receive a 10% discount on any other service your pet needs, excluding food and grooming (e.g. dental procedures, spaying & neutering, etc.).
